A system is a set of instructions, templates and prompts in your Claude or ChatGPT. You set it up once and use it every day.
AI learns who you are, what you sell and who you sell to.
AI writes the first draft of a post the way you would write it.

You don’t need to know how to code. A paid Claude or ChatGPT is enough. The Studio doesn’t see your data, and nothing goes out without your approval. Whenever you join, you start with the foundations. After three months, three new systems begin, and if you didn’t get to everything, you keep working on the previous ones.
It brings together what should never be kept apart: mind, body, business.
Learning and using AI in business gives us time, and caring for our body gives us strength and health.
